野外の地層研究と室内のモデル研究の統合を目指しています．
This is the Sedimentology Laboratory of the Faculty of Science and Graduate School of Science
at Kyoto University.
We conduct research aiming to elucidate the mechanisms of sedimentary layer formation.
By combining research methods such as field surveys, microstructural observations,
laboratory experiments, and numerical simulations,
we strive to integrate field-based stratigraphic studies with laboratory modeling research.
